Royal Mail published some findings from an online (UK) survey into home moving habits recently, including these headlines:
- More than a quarter of people (27 per cent) said that car parking was most important if they had to move home, while just 17 per cent said being close to family was the top priority.
- Fifty per cent rate being near green space as one of the most important considerations for a new area.
- Seven per cent stated that they would not wish to move their pets to an unfamiliar neighbourhood. (Well blah, how's yer hamster gonna get a rounded education, appreciate diversity and experience different cultures?)
