Kevin Harris

This blog was established in 2003 and offers my personal take on a range of news, information, ideas and lessons to do with neighbourhood relations and social capital at local level. I tend to mix reflections on policy and practice issues, curious vignettes of local life, and items of information for others working in community development and similar fields. I'm based in south east England but my field of vision is not restricted just to my neighbourhood or to this region.
